Partner programme

We don't sell you data. We run the function.

Market intelligence, manufacturer discovery, registration tracking and pricing — operated by our team, on your catalogue, every week. Not a dashboard you have to learn. A function you stop having to staff.

Why companies come to us

Most sourcing decisions are made on last year's information.

None of these are failures of effort. They are what happens when the work of gathering, checking and connecting information has no owner — so it gets done in the gaps between everything else, by people whose actual job is selling.

Time Every supplier approach is evaluated from scratch

Dozens of inbound offers a month, each needing dossier review, pricing checks and back-and-forth. Most go nowhere, and nothing learned is kept for the next one.

Margin Underperforming products get dropped, not diagnosed

A line stops moving and comes off the list. Whether the cause was pricing, competition, registration timing or promotion is rarely established, so the same mistake repeats in the next category.

Cash Stock decisions run ahead of demand evidence

Overstock ties up working capital; stockouts hand the shelf to a competitor. Both are forecasting problems, and forecasting is a data problem before it is a judgement one.

Risk Registration timelines are discovered, not planned

A product is chosen, then the regulatory pathway is investigated. When that order is reversed, whole categories open up that looked closed — and dead ends get spotted before money moves.

What we run

Eight functions, operated continuously.

Each of these exists inside most pharmaceutical companies already, done partially, by someone with another job. We take them over as a set — because they only compound when they share the same underlying data.

01

Market and demand intelligence

Demand patterns, competitive positioning and regulatory trends studied per molecule, per market — so a product enters a country because the evidence supports it, not because it was available.

  • Consumption and procurement patterns by geography
  • Competitive density and pricing depth per presentation
  • Tender and programme calendars worth timing against
02

Manufacturer discovery and vetting

We search manufacturer portfolios across markets by molecule, dosage form, capability, certification and market presence — then assess who is actually credible before a name reaches you.

  • Capability and certification checks against your requirement
  • Regulatory history and commercial suitability
  • Shortlists built to be small, not comprehensive
03

Portfolio consolidation

Finding one manufacturer for one product is easy. Finding the one who can cover eight of your lines is the work — and it is where the savings actually sit.

  • Overlap analysis across your full requirement
  • Fewer supplier relationships and quality audits
  • Consolidated shipments and simpler logistics
04

Registration and regulatory tracking

Live registration counts per presentation, pathway assessment and realistic timelines — monitored, so a lapse in your own portfolio or an opening in someone else's is something you hear about rather than discover.

  • Registration position by molecule and market
  • CTD dossier assessment
  • Alerts on lapses, new entrants and pathway changes
05

Pricing and RFQ workflow

Once a shortlist is right, we run the quotation round. You receive a comparison, not a stack of unfiltered emails to work through.

  • RFQs issued and chased on your behalf
  • Quotes normalised so they are actually comparable
  • Price, capability and regulatory position side by side
06

Buyer and distributor analytics

Your existing customer base is usually the most underused asset in the business. We work it as data: what to offer whom, where promotion pays, and which accounts are quietly declining.

  • Account-level demand and reorder patterns
  • Product-to-buyer matching across your catalogue
  • Early warning on accounts losing momentum
07

Your private portal

Everything above lands in one place, built around your catalogue and shared across your team — so the analysis does not live in one person's inbox. It updates continuously and acts as a team-wide brain rather than a monthly report nobody opens.

  • Your catalogue, supplier list and category targets loaded at onboarding
  • Opportunities, alerts and shortlists as they are found
  • Registration and competitive position per line
  • Access for your whole team, not a single licence

Quarterly growth reviews

Every quarter we sit down with your team and go through what moved, what did not and why — then reset the targets. With our analysts, not a dashboard export.

  • Category performance against the plan
  • What the data changed its mind about
  • Next quarter's priorities, agreed jointly

And the part that isn't a feature

Someone who already knows your catalogue, on the other end of the phone. Most of what partners actually use us for starts with a question that would take their own team two days to answer.

What this looks like in practice

Fifty-three registrations. Not one of them usable.

Screening a market for a client, we checked a widely used antiparasitic against the national register. It came back with 53 active registrations — on paper, a saturated molecule nobody should enter.

Every single one was veterinary. There was no human-medicine registration in the country at all, against a substantial disease burden. What read as the most crowded line in the category was the most open position on the list.

That distinction is four minutes of work if you know to look for it, and invisible if you don't. It is the difference between a supplier list and an analysis — and it is the kind of thing we are looking for on your catalogue every week.

Onboarding

About a week, and one person from your side.

The model is only as good as what it knows about you, so the first week is spent loading your business into it properly. After that the work runs without pulling on your team.

Before we start
A scoping call

Twenty minutes on your categories, your markets and where the friction actually is. If we are not the right fit we will say so on that call rather than after an invoice.

Days 1–3
We load your business

Existing catalogue, supplier and buyer lists, category preferences, target markets and current goals. This is the part that needs your point of contact; most of it is exports you already have.

Days 4–7
We tune the model and build your portal

Scoring weighted to your economics, not a generic template. A distributor optimising cash flow and a manufacturer chasing registrations need different answers from the same data.

Week 2 onward
The function runs

Weekly reporting, live portal, opportunities and alerts as they are found, RFQs on request. Quarterly reviews with our team to reset direction.

Fit

We would rather say no early.

We hold a small number of partnerships because each one is built around a single catalogue. That only works if the fit is real, so it is worth being direct about where it is and is not.

This works well if you

  • Distribute, manufacture or source pharmaceuticals in Africa, Asia or the Middle East
  • Carry a real catalogue — enough lines that portfolio decisions actually matter
  • Have a sales team whose time is going into research rather than selling
  • Are entering a new market, or expanding within one you already know
  • Can put one person on onboarding for a week

This is the wrong fit if you

  • Want a database subscription you log into yourself — we run the work, we do not sell access
  • Need a one-off report rather than an ongoing function
  • Handle a handful of products where a spreadsheet genuinely suffices
  • Cannot share catalogue and supplier data — without it the model is generic and worth little
Questions

The things people ask on the first call.

Is this software, or people?

Both, and the order matters. We built the software because the analysis is not possible by hand at this scale. But you are not buying a login — our team operates it, and what reaches you is worked output rather than a screen you have to interpret.

The portal exists so your team can see and use that output. It is not the product.

What do you need from us, realistically?

One person, for about a week, at onboarding. Your product catalogue, supplier list, the markets you sell into and your category priorities. Most of it is exports you already have; none of it needs to be tidy first.

After onboarding, the demand on your side drops sharply — a weekly read and a call when something needs a decision.

How is this different from a market research report?

A report describes a market on the day it was written and then starts ageing. Registers change, suppliers exit, registrations lapse, tenders open.

We are not producing a document. We are watching a specific catalogue against live sources and telling you when something moves — and then doing the sourcing and quotation work that follows.

Do you replace our sales team?

No, and we would be suspicious of anyone claiming to. We take the research, qualification and comparison work off them so they spend their time in front of buyers instead of in spreadsheets.

What happens to our data?

Your catalogue, supplier lists and buyer data are used for your partnership and nothing else. They are not pooled, resold, or used to advise anyone else. Terms are written into the agreement rather than left to trust.

Which markets do you cover?

We work across seven markets in Africa and Asia today, with partner offices in Lahore, London and Almaty. Sourcing runs primarily through Pakistan, Bangladesh and Turkey, and other markets on a need basis where a molecule or certification calls for it.

If your market is not one we cover, we will tell you on the first call.

Why is intake limited?

Because the model is tuned per catalogue and the work is done by people. A partnership that is spread thin is not worth having on either side, so we hold a small number at a time and take on new ones when there is genuine capacity.

Start with twenty minutes.

Tell us what you carry and where you sell it. We will tell you what we would look at first, and whether there is enough there to be worth either of our time. No preparation needed on your side.
